1. Go to Versus Mission called Cop Crooked and invite one of your friend. *Make sure set Themed outfit
2. Now when you are on front outfit then switch outfit to Insect and tell your friend switch with you
3. You should wear black joggers. If not then fail Cop Crooked and restart until you should wear black joggers
4. Open Interaction Menu then Illustration Clothing spam press right pad for 1 minute
5. Leave interaction menu on and waiting
6. You should notices black screen idle to kick then accept screen
7. Now you should wear black joggers in the lobby
8. Go to clothing store, save and you can changes any shoes on black joggers. *Make sure remove insect mask
*Enjoy your black joggers

It's note worthing that sometimes the game will not give you the black joggers outfit on your first attempt. If this is the case, just have your friend drive the Mule Truck into the water and restart the job and repeat the steps until you get the correct outfit.
Edit: Also, if you don't remove the Red insect mask if you don't own it the outfit will be removed as it is blacklisted unless you own the mask.

Nah not really. Black heist pants won't let you changes any shoes and black joggers can let you changes any shoes. Thats different.

Plus, there is a visible difference between the black heist pants and the black joggers. The black heist pants will have hints of purple on them meanwhile the black joggers will be pure black.

I'm not trying to crap on this post because it is a valid method to get the black joggers. I feel, though, that the MOC Work Dispute mission is WAY easier to do than this glitch.

Low level player could easily get black joggers from versus mission. Because in past year, few low level player asked me where I get black joggers before and low level player said don't want to use work dispute because gunrunning supplies are hard for them. I did explained to them before about can get black joggers from old adversary mode method
Thats why its help for low level player for get black joggers for this easily method than work dispute because gunrunning supplies are hard and npcs are very annoying. Its good for low level player for get black joggers for this method.
I did helped low level player for get black joggers for this method and he was happy to get black joggers because he dislike use work dispute and gunrunning supplies are hard for him.
